Last Friday evening, my alma
mater Stephens County Indians posted a 49-39 non-region road win over the
Hart County Bulldogs. This week, the
Indians (3-0, 0-0) begin region play by hosting the Walnut Grove Warriors (1-2,
0-0), who will make the trip to The Reservation from Walton County.
The Indians remain at number five in the Associated
Press AAAA poll, while climbing from seventh to sixth in the current AJC
Prep Zone poll.
